The Genesis the Creation of a new blog to talk about the Word.

Genesis ch 1 verse 1-2 KJV

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the Earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Well here we are at the beginning. Like the Spirit of God we are hovering over an earth that has yet to be given shape and life I, and what readers who have indulged my desire to write, stand on a blog with out shape or form.

Why am I here and what is this I am trying to do?

Well I am here because I want to read scripture in the bible and then talk about what it means and when I say scripture I mean all of it. I have no idea how long it will take but I pray it will be a good experience I encourage any who read to crack out a bible and look at the passages I talk about for themselves digest what I say and if interested have a conversation with me about it. My expectation of follower activity is low (As I don’t consider my self that important of a person.) so if it is just me talking to myself so be it.

Also as to why now I am doing this. Well I was listening to a man who did a bible study every week who recently stopped. Rather then despair over not getting to enjoy it for a time. I decided to try and grow trusting my learning of God to God and what He wrote and hopefully help a few people curious out who stumble on this blog as well. I have never done a blog before and I expect this to be very messy in the beginning I apologize to any one reading and beg you to bare with me as I grow.

Well now that the foundation has been laid I will try to work on my next Posting to be on topic with what I wish.

In closing I will share a Proverb for any who find this post to think on until I can bring a more substantive post.

Proverbs ch 16 verse 20

He that handleth a mater wisely shall find Good: and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he. (kjv)

Whoever gives thought to the word will discover good, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord (esv)

(Closing Note: I wanted to quote two version translations of this proverb verse because I wanted to show something interesting about the word of God. That is how even when two versions of the same verse seem completely deferent the meaning that is trying to be conveyed still ultimately means the same thing. Despite attempts to Modernize the truth and meaning. The Word of God will always pierce through the darkness. You just have to look and accept it.)
